Proposition 64, which was defeated, would have listed AIDS as an infectious, contagious and communicable disease and that the condition of being a carrier of the HTLV-III virus is an infectious, contagious and communicable condition. Both conditions would be placed on the list of reportable diseases and both would be subject to quarantine and isolation statutes. Written on verso of photograph: 'Rep.
