The above diagram of the property affected or benifited and to be assessed to pay the
costs and expenses of paving and otherwise improving a portion of the north half of the roadway
of WILLIAM ST. and more particularly described in the resolution of intentions for said work
adopted Aug. 30, 1915 and in the official Contract therefor dated Dec. 22, 1915 and executed by me
as Superintendent of Streets with W. M. Painter.
Said diagram shows the relative location to the work done, each lot, piece or parcel of land is numbered to
correspond with the numbers in the assessment attached hereto; said numbers being in Orange. The numbers in the
diagram in black next to the property lines show each length of said lines in feet and fractional feet.
