(Frreusis?) Stow 18 3/4 Ohio Dec 13 1887 J. Townsend M.D. Loudersburgh Lancaster County Pa I am half way between the Traces of Luger[illegible] & Mr. Eaton in Bainlville. In great haste the stage is coming we have mail everyday. Fineasez Stone Stark Co Dec 13th 1837 Dr. Brother Yours ofDec 4th came to hand to day forwarded from Cunton where you write again direct as the letter is headed. You have misapprehended my meaning respecting the estate the decision & opinion are that the heirs could not sell till such times as the executors had made personal property out of the estate according to the full intent and meaning of the will. On other words the heirs in selling at the time they did had no legal right to dispose of their interests and not untill such times as it was made into money and become personal property the payments were to be in one two years &c so that the last payment did not exceed four years and the legal title to the land in the words of the deed is rested with the executers and the legal interpretation thereof is that the heirs had no right to dispose of that a prior to which they were entitled a fortune. I have sent to try and get a copy of the land by studying and trying to recollect I am afraid Tracy has me in such a way you had I think better send another receipt dated late in December or begining of January. (Hulluh?) says the Executers intend to warn Tracy off 1st January in advance incase I do not get thereceipt.
