Transcript | Jusgada del Pueblo de San Jose de Gde. Know all men by these presents that in acc ordance with the decree of the Junta of the Pue -blo de San Jose de Gde. in upper California passed and entered of record on the twenty ninth day of June A.D. 1847 and in accord -ance with the confirmatory decree of the people of said Pueblo passed in primary assembly on the thirtieth day of June of the same year and entered of record in my office and in acc -ordance with the laws and usages obtain- -ing in such cases I John Burton first Alcalde of the Pueblo de San Jose De Gde. on the part of said Pueblo duly appointed and qualified accord ing to law do loan unto Rosa Gongora and her heirs for ever a tract of five Hundred Acres more or less of the Unoccupied lads of the Pueblo de San Jose de Gde being known on the plot of said Town survey as now be- ing executed by James D. Hutton Esqr as lot No fifty three the descriptions and boun daries of which lot are more fully described on the back of this instrument being subj -ect to the following conditions and limi tations to wit 1st Said lot of land shall be subject to a mun- icipal tax of three dollars P annum to be paid to the treasury of said Pueblo on the |
